Travel to Korea

What should I pack for my recovery period in Korea?

Outcomes and side effects vary from person to person. Bleeding, infection, swelling and asymmetry may occur. Please consult our medical team before making a decision.

Packing for rhinoplasty recovery is fairly simple: loose, front-button or zip-up tops that don't need to go over your head, a travel pillow to help you sleep at an incline, sunglasses (useful both for sun protection and for gently disguising early bruising), and any regular medications you take.

For a complete packing checklist — including a few genuinely helpful items most patients don't think of — see our guide: What to Pack for Your Rhinoplasty Trip to Korea

Consultation Tip

Pack a couple of button-up or zip-up tops even if you don't usually wear them — pulling anything over your head is genuinely uncomfortable in the first week after surgery.
