Looking at the case we will examine today, when the patient first visited, the overall height of nasal bridge was somewhat lacking, and nasal tip area was widely spread, making the overall impression appear somewhat dull. For this type, where the mid-face is recessed compared to the height of the glabella, it is difficult to achieve satisfactory results by merely raising nasal bridge . Therefore, an approach is required that involves neatly refining the supporting structure of nasal tip to simultaneously restore the shading and balance of the entire face.

By delicately aligning columella , nasolabial angle , and the angle extending to the philtrum, the sunken mid-face area became more revitalized, and the flat appearance seen from both the front and the side was naturally resolved.
If you examine the side profile after the surgery, you can clearly feel that the three-dimensional curves of the face have changed significantly.
As the three-dimensional effect of the side lines comes alive, the mouth appears to be set back, and you achieve a visual effect where the overall facial contour looks significantly smaller.
As such, widened nose surgery techniques performed after a thorough analysis of each individual's facial contours make a significant difference in improving the overall impression.
