The case I will introduce this time is of a man whose dorsal hump was particularly severe and whose nasal bridge was deviated to one side due to a past external injury.
He was not only dissatisfied with the appearance of his deviated nose, but also suffered significant functional discomfort such as severe nasal obstruction, as the internal nasal septal cartilage was also deviated.
Additionally, the internal nasal cartilages were separated, making the nasal tip appear bulbous, and the glabella area appeared sunken due to its relatively low position.
During the surgery, we first smoothed out the protruding bone and cartilage of the nasal bridge to correct the dorsal hump.

The previously wide and spread nasal tip and nostril shapes were also made sharper and more defined, and the bothersome nasal obstruction was neatly resolved, making this a highly satisfying case.
