He also directly examines your skin type in person, since skin thickness and elasticity significantly influence how a given technique will actually look on your specific nose over time.
With these two pieces of information filled in, Dr. Kim finalizes your surgical design during your in-person visit — confirming or adjusting the direction discussed during your remote consultation based on what the CT and skin examination actually show.
