Does rhinoplasty in Korea actually cost less than at home, or is that exaggerated?

Outcomes and side effects vary from person to person. Bleeding, infection, swelling and asymmetry may occur. Please consult our medical team before making a decision.

It's a genuine price advantage, not marketing spin: patients traveling from places like North America, the UK, or Australia typically find that a rhinoplasty performed in Korea costs noticeably less than the same procedure would at home. This isn't a matter of lower standards — it's a function of scale and specialization. Many Korean surgeons, Dr. Kim among them, build their entire practice around nasal surgery rather than offering a wide menu of unrelated procedures, and that narrow focus keeps prices efficient without cutting corners on quality.

Numbers alone can be misleading, though, since two quotes for "rhinoplasty" may describe very different operations. Your coordinator can break down exactly which technique a quote covers and confirm whether it's actually suited to your nose — a bargain price for the wrong approach isn't really a bargain at all.

Consultation Tip

Before comparing prices across clinics, ask each one to specify the exact technique included in the quote (e.g., closed vs. open, cartilage graft type) so you're comparing equivalent procedures, not just numbers.
