안녕하세요, 코원성형외과 김형택원장입니다.
이번에는 남자매부리코 수술전후사진을 한번 소개해보겠습니다.
이분도 꽤 심한 매부리가 있었고, 또 코가 한쪽으로 많이 휘어져있는 상태였는데요.
사진을 한번 보시겠습니다.
정면사진에서 봤을 때 콧등이 한쪽으로 많이 휘어있는 것을 볼 수 있습니다.
이것은 수술시에 최대한 교정을 합니다만 100% 교정은 어려운 경우가 많고,
교정이 되었다가 조금 다시 휘는 경우도 있으므로 꾸준한 경과 관찰이 필요합니다.
정면에서 콧등이 많이 휘어있던것이 곧바로 교정된 것을 볼 수 있습니다.
45도각도에서 본 모습입니다. 중앙의 매부리는 조금 깎아내고, 매끄럽게 만들었습니다.
벌어져있는 연골을 코끝연골묶기를 시행하여 좁게 만들어주었습니다
그 위로 비중격연골을 덧대어 코끝의 높이를 만들어 줍니다 . 
미간이 콧대에 비해서 많이 낮아서, 채취해놓은 연골을 으깨어 미간 부위에 이식합니다.
훨씬 매끄러운 느낌이 되었습니다. 코끝이 원래 높이를 찾았네요.
