오늘은 연령대가 조금 있으신 분의 수술전후사진을 한번 소개해보려고 합니다.
이전에 코수술이력은 없으신 분인데요, 코끝이 들려올라가있는 짧은 코입니다.
사진을 자세히 보자면 정면에서 봤을때 콧구멍이 보이고 있고, 콧볼이 벌어져 있는 것을 볼 수 있습니다
그리고 코끝이 짧고 콧대가 낮은데도 불구하고 울퉁불퉁한 낮은 매부리가 있습니다
비중격연골이 조금 부족하여 귀연골을 추가로 채취하여 사용했습니다.
자연스러운 콧대를 원하셔서 울퉁불퉁한 매부리는 매끄럽게 갈아내고, 3mm 의 실리콘을 삽입하였습니다.
콧볼이 넓은 것을 해소하기 위하여 비절개콧볼축소를 함께 시행했는데,
내측으로 진행한 것이므로 바깥쪽에서는 흉터가 보이지 않습니다.
정면에서 봤을 때 확실히 코가 좁아지고, 콧대가 높아진 것을 볼 수 있습니다.
측면에서도 울퉁불퉁한 것이 사라지고 아주 매끄러워졌습니다.
